| Law Office of Sherry Lin was founded in 2007 by Attorney Sherry Lin. We are dedicated to providing personalized and effective service to every client.
Sherry Lin earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law in 2005. Ms. Lin has successfully represented clients with a broad range of immigration needs, including:
- asylum;
- United States citizenship;
- various types of visas, such as K, H-1B, and O;
- families wanting to bring spouses and children into the United States; and
- victims of domestic violence who were eligible to obtain legal status in the United States due to their abuse.
Ms. Lin also has successfully represented individuals at their immigration court proceedings. She has personally gone through the entire legal permanent residency process, and became a United States citizen in April of 2008.
Ms. Lin obtained her Bachelor of Music degree in Music Theory in 2000 and her Masters of Art degree in 2002 from McGill University in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Ms. Lin is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, the Colorado Bar Association, and the Denver Bar Association.
